The products are lovely, some more visible instructions would be helpful, for example the extra beans and whether to use them all, washing instructions etc. I sent several emails but received no relevant feedback. I worked it out eventually.
Bean bag delivered with a hole in. I emailed over a week ago and haven’t received a response. The bean bags are good quality and deliver was quick but I can’t give a better rating as the after care so far hasn’t been very responsive. I appreciate it’s Christmas of course but it doesn’t say anything about a delay or shutdown so it just looks like they are not responding!

I ordered my beanbag and footstool on 21/4/21. My credit card was charged immediately but I did not receive a confirmation email for a couple of weeks. It’s now 12/5/21 and I am yet to receive an email informing me of when my goods are to be delivered. Although I have had some contact, this has not been good enough. Therefore can’t comment on the quality of the product as the service has been so poor.
Arrived just in time for my sisters birthday and is a great colour and very comfortable.

Initially communication was poor, however after a quick call to customer services and me explaining that I need the cushions for my wife’s birthday they upgraded my delivery and they arrived the next day. Absolutely over the moon with the service and quality. 100% recommend.
Needed a beanbag for our cats!This company offered the best selection at the best price and with free delivery!Arrived well packaged and appears well made.The zip is a little difficult to get open if you want to remove some of the padding.

The product, a beanbag chair with stool was true to the picture, good quality and rigidity. The fabric mismatch of stool and chair was not as noticeable. My 4 y/o nephew loved it.The product was delivered after 5 different occasions of communication. Delays still unexplained! The staff were friendly and helpful. Production and delivery appears to be letting the side down.
Wanted a bean bag for my 18month old grandson, after looking at Argos etc and reviews decided to do an online search. Glad that I did as came across rucomfy Beanbags. More choice in designs and sizes, plus the bags can be washed, needed with a toddler. Bought medium dinosaur beanbag with matching stool. Quality is excellent and my Grandson loves them, really into dinosaurs! Would highly recommend.
